Can all concrete be polished?
Almost all concrete can be polished. If your floors have been recently poured, we ask you wait 1 month before we begin. In order to determine the condition of your concrete, we will need to do an estimate in person.

Polished Concrete pricing is determined by the square footage, how many levels of finish (sheen/shine) will be required and if there is any extra effects (decorative concrete, logos etc.) added. Any after care is determined by square footage and any damage done (cracks, food, drink or oil stains). Please contact us for a quote on your project.
Stains and dyes are often applied to enhance the polished concrete and create a decorative flooring. Some of these include, but are not limited to: scoring, patterning, overlays, radical lines, grids, bands, and borders along with various colors.
Weekly Maintenance: Mop with soapy water water once per week. High traffic areas require more frequent cleaning. Make sure to keep dirt particles off the floor as often as possible as the floors can lose their shine over time without the proper care.
We suggest every 2-5 years (depending on the usage, foot and/or car traffic and whether the space in indoor or outdoors) to clean and seal your flooring. Colorado Concrete Polishing™ can apply the following: salt guard, polish guard, denisifier, acrylic, MMA based coatings and can remove oil stains in your garage/driveway. We also offer joint and crack repair options.
